We are a counter service restaurant that offers made to order food. We also offer take and bake super energetic, anti-inflammatory meals that meet Medical Medium, Hyper Nourishment, and various healing protocols. You will find these items on the menu under 2 different "PREORDER" categories. Please note the lead-time by category: 1) Order Friday's for pickup the following Wednesday, 2) 2 week lead-time from order date. Our specialty is flavorful lifestyle and recovery foods made out of the highest quality ingredients sourced using lab analysis to confirm low heavy metals and nutrient density. Foods are composed harmoniously, including whole foods that contain naturally occurring enzymes that improve digestibility and bio availability while supporting gut health/microbiome. Everything we make is organic, gluten free, dairy free, corn/soy/egg/refined sugar free and broken down from whole foods (an extremely laborious in house process). All water used in our kitchen flows through an advanced filtration system and is structured by an inline UMH Diamond Water Structurer. Structured water soaking and sprouting processes are used to remove antinutrients like phytates, oxalates, lectins, and tannins to improve nutrient uptake and post eating experience. Food should be absolutely delicious, enjoyable, feel like you are not compromising, and soul nourishing.
